We will do out best to ship orders out within two business days. Our packages are shipped via Canada Post, and all are shipped requiring signature upon delivery for your piece of mind. Restrictions apply to remote locations and air only destinations. We can provide a quote for remote or air only destinations. At My Secure Phone, we try to keep cost down for the customer and to alleviate any unknowns and that why we offer flat rate shipping on most orders.

We do not cover shipping on returned items. Return shipping to and from My Secure Phone is the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a warranty defect customer is responsible to ship the item to My Secure Phone, if deemed a warranted defect replacement item will be shipped back to customer original address at no cost to customer. If warranted item is requested to be shipped anywhere else than original shipping address it will be the responsibility of the customer to cover the shipping cost.
