Upon purchase, we will send you the address for you to ship us your device. It will be shipped back to you within 2 working days of our receiving it.

SHIPPING: Must be shipped with signature delivery! This ensures the safety and security of delivery for you and us.

INSTALLATION OPTIONS:

1 - Factory install. As basic as it gets with nothing added. I do enable extra security tweaks in the settings. This is the most difficult for end users because it's basically a flip phone with some smartphone capabilities. (IE: internet, better camera, calculator, clock, and contacts apps.) It relies on the end user to "make it work", and there is no preinstalled app store. This is the most private and secure option.

2 - Security install. Factory Install plus recommend apps: VPN (Express or Proton), messenger (Signal), App store (F-droid, Aurora Store), 2FA (Authy), security suite (Bitdefender), Proton Suite (Mail, Drive, Calendar), cloud storage (Sync), and browser (TOR). Google Services Framework, and Google Play Services will also be installed as it enables some notifications to appear more reliably. This is the most private, secure, and usable option.
NOTE: Some of the above listed recommended apps require accounts and monthly or annual subscriptions. Those are not included.

3 - Google Play Store Install. Factory Install with Google Play Store installed. This is the least private and most user friendly, although still more secure than any other smartphone available on the market. No app installed will be able to read anything else on your phone without your expressed permission. There is no data spying outside of the individual app. (IE: Facebook Messenger won't be able to steal data from Skip the Dishes, like it currently does.)

4 - Custom install. Factory Install plus whatever configuration (apps, Google Play store, etc) you would like based on your needs. We will work with you directly to help set up your phone how you want.
